In 2012 ASR conducted a survey among a selection of participants from the general population as well as 3,000 ABC VIP shoppers. The survey explored buying habits of ABC shoppers, motivations for purchase of certain items and reasons for frequenting various other store types.

In 2013 ABC shoppers survey was repeated based on the 2012 research.
