From 2008 to 2013 ASR has mounted and hosted a web survey across the 250,000-strong Victorian public sector. The survey goes out to 125-150 organisations and consists of 5-7 generic questionnaires, each with a set of core questions and a set of custom questions specific to each organisation. ASR was selected for this important survey because of its reputation as a supplier with high-quality web infrastructure capable of handling large surveys.
As this survey incorporated both paper and online questionnaires, ASR supplied a web portal which enabled a number of admin functions and allowed the number paper and web returns to be entered and overall response rates to be tracked.
The web portal was used by each organisation being surveyed, as well as SSA, ASR and Paperhouse Data Management, the paper-handling house.
