A State Government Education Department engaged ASR to conduct a survey of all school staff in primary, secondary, primary/secondary, special and language schools. This survey ran annually for some years.
The content of the survey was provided to ASR by the Department. ASR hosted and administered the survey to over 60 000 school staff members.
The survey consisted of a core climate module plus five additional modules covering school leadership, professional learning, staff safety and wellbeing, teaching and learning, professional practice days and learning specialists. Using a pre-survey, Principals choose which of five modules they wanted to add to the core module for their school. Additional questions were added to cover school culture of trustworthiness and school culture of risk management over the years.
ASR developed reports in conjunction with the Department. Over 1500 reports were auto generated by ASR using 9 different templates. Reports were provided to the Department in PDF format.
